Box Office Supervisor, VAULT Festival


VAULT Festival is looking for TWO experienced, confident, and welcoming Box Office Supervisors to run a smooth box office operation throughout VAULT Festival.


We think you’ll likely be suitable for the role if you have held one or more of the following roles before

  • Box Office or Ticketing Assistant/Supervisor
  • Front of House/Duty Manager
  • Similar sales roles at a supervisory level
Working closely with colleagues, the Box Office Supervisor will actively encourage sales whilst ensuring accuracy of financial transactions, ticket bookings, troubleshooting and resolving issues when required. They will respond and solve customer queries over the phone, via email, and in person from the first days of sales to the final day of VAULT Festival.

This is a practical and hands-on role involving face-to-face customer service, combining promotion and upselling alongside sustaining a positive customer experience, all whilst ensuring that the customer service delivered is of a consistently high standard.

The Box Office Supervisor will promote & maintain an organisational culture which values creativity, honesty, respect, and kindness both in executing the vision for the organisation & festival and in drawing the very best from our staff & freelancers, our artists, and our collaborators.

FEE: £3,848.46 (dependent on n/a’s and agreed dates) - averaging 34 hours a week
This is a fixed term, freelance, buyout agreement

START DATE: 2nd January 2023
END DATE: 12th March 2023
