Orb Community Arts is at an exciting phase in the organisation’s development. Following our recent National Lottery funding success, we are looking to expand our work and are recruiting for a Creative and Wellbeing Facilitator to join our team in Knaresborough. Orb is a specialist arts and wellbeing organisation with over 19 years’ experience harnessing the power of creativity to improve wellbeing, fulfil people’s potential and create more inclusive, resilient, capable, and vibrant communities.

Guided by the Creative and Wellbeing Projects Manager and Creative Programme, you will lead 1-1 and group creative sessions, deliver training and contribute to an annual cycle of events and exhibitions. You will also manage a caseload of vulnerable individuals, providing goal setting support, wellbeing assessments and reviews to ensure people maximise the wellbeing and personal development opportunities this creative engagement provides.

You will have expertise and experience in leading creative and wellbeing activities with vulnerable adults across a range of creative disciplines. You may possess specialist skills in areas such as Performing Arts, Film and Digital Technologies and will be expected to work across the whole Creative Programme as part of the wider Creative and Wellbeing Team.
