Trigger Collective has been selected as one of the 10 Festival UK* 2022 Creative Teams. Our project is an experiment in mass participation, co-creation, shared histories, sustainability, installation, performance and spectacle through the lens of nature, multiculturalism, ritual and reclaiming space.
The Head of Communications will be responsible for the creation and delivery of the marketing strategy for the project as well as live communications management across two project locations (Birmingham & Glasgow). This is an exciting role for a creative, forward-thinking communicator. Confident in your abilities, you will be an experienced marketer and communications strategist with a strong track record delivering large scale outdoor projects. You will manage and coordinate all communications and marketing activity: developing and maintaining public interest in this project over a sustained period and across multiple locations. The marketing budget will be in the region of £350K, and you’ll be assisted by a small team (including the Communications Coordinator, and a consultant PR specialist). This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trigger team, at a time of significant growth, to deliver a mass participation project of scale.
