London Film Academy (LFA) is seeking an Admissions Manager to join our internationally renowned and innovative film school; based in the heart of bustling Fulham, London.

This critical role manages our Admissions Team, whilst working closely with our Marketing Team to generate and capture leads. Day-to-day the successful candidate will implement the fulfilment of our recruitment strategy; monitor new and existing leads; report on analytics and movement of admission figures; liaise with potential or prospective applicants for our diverse range of short and long courses; manage the LFA Admissions cycle in line with LFA policies and processes, ensuring compliance with all appropriate legislation; as well as evolve and streamline the Admissions department as a whole.

Extensive experience within an administration and/or sales role, in a senior capacity, is essential. The post-holder will manage a busy department so they must have the ability to work quickly, efficiently and in a thorough manner. In addition, the individual must have experience improving systems, with a willingness and proactivity towards continuous evolution and positive, impactful change, where necessary; take pride in administration, in an immaculate fashion; as well as have experience understanding and dealing with sensitive data.

Role Details

Salary: £29k - £37k per annum

Hours of Work: 9.30am - 6pm, usually Monday - Friday

Based: LFA Head Office, Fulham, London

Line Manager: Head of Marketing & Admissions

Responsible For: Admissions Coordinator
