Transform is seeking an Assistant Producer to join the team, with a specific focus on supporting and assisting the development and delivery of the Transform festival and our year-round programme. This is a creative and administrative support role suitable for someone who wants to build their experience in producing performance and festivals.
This role would be suitable for someone at an early stage in their producing career, or who is interested in the arts and has built up relevant experience in other ways. You will need a curiosity to learn more about Transform’s work, enjoy keeping organised and efficient, and be excited about working with others to make bold, brave, vivid and socially-conscious performance happen.
Transform is an engine room for powerful performance. We create exhilarating international festivals and work year-round to catalyse future-gazing artists and creatives to reimagine what theatre can be. We bring bold, brave, vivid and socially-conscious international performance to the Leeds City Region and beyond.
About the Role:
The Assistant Producer role focuses on administrative support work, alongside some ‘on the ground’ support for festivals, performances and activities. We welcome applications from candidates who can show an interest in the performing arts or the arts more broadly.
You don’t need previous experience in the arts to be considered for this role, but you do need a curiosity and interest to learn more about the work Transform does. You will also need to show you have transferable experience that might be relevant for this role from past work or life experiences.
