Job Summary

Seeking an Associate Director, Creative Services in London to lead our creative studio team. This role involves managing workflows, delivering exceptional digital/print assets, overseeing external resources, and cross-team collab. Ideal for a design-savvy leader with strong project management skills

Job Description

TodayTix Group, TTG, is the global e-commerce leader for cultural experiences. We design frictionless e-commerce experiences via innovative product design and industry-leading technology.

Seeking a resourceful, organized Associate Director, Creative Services to oversee our small but impactful creative studio team, prioritize a broad range of design projects, and assign work both to our in-house team as well as external freelancers, specialists, and agencies. This role will be pivotal in managing the delivery of exceptional creative outputs across digital and print channels while ensuring that every asset aligns with brand standards and supports business goals. You thrive in both leadership and project management, with a passion for creative innovation and operational excellence.

You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the creative studio team, ensuring assets are delivered on time, within budget, and meet project specifications. In addition, you'll manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers, ensuring their efforts align with internal priorities and creative strategies. This role requires a balance of creativity and practicality - someone who can see the big picture while also managing the details to ensure flawless execution.

Whether you're mentoring designers, troubleshooting production challenges, or collaborating with stakeholders across product, marketing, and business functions, you'll play a vital role in driving the brand's creative vision forward. The right candidate will be comfortable managing multiple projects, balancing priorities, and staying on top of design trends, all while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Please note: this is a full-time position and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing creative teams and projects.
  • A design background (preferred).
  • Exceptional project management skills, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, visual identity, and creative strategy.
  • Experience managing external vendors, freelancers, and agencies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and functions.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality creative output.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the latest design tools, trends, and workflows.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead our in-house design team to deliver top-tier creative outputs.
  • Manage daily workflows, ensuring high-quality, on-time asset delivery within scope.
  • Collaborate with agencies, consultants, and freelancers to align efforts with our creative strategy.
  • Oversee production of all creative assets, ensuring timelines, budgets, and specifications are met.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and business teams to align creative efforts with campaigns and goals.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Assist with design/artworking tasks during busy periods, ensuring deadlines are met collaboratively.
  • Uphold TodayTix's brand standards across all creative outputs.
  • Gather stakeholder input and translate it into creative solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Stay informed on design trends, tools, and best practices to inspire the team and maintain a leadership position in the industry.
