Bid Coordination Assistant, WilkinsonEyre

WilkinsonEyre has an exciting new bid coordination assistant role in its friendly Central London office.

This position is the perfect introduction to the creative and competitive world of architecture and is a great opportunity for candidates with an exceptional eye for detail who enjoy interacting at all levels to coordinate information in an efficient and approachable way.

Tasks include:

  • assisting with bid and tender submissions including EOIs, SQ and ITTs
  • create and maintain project marketing information and CVs
  • monitoring tender trackers and other industry sources for new opportunities alongside bid manager
  • gathering/compiling text and information from project leads and directors
  • maintain regular updates to the project database, bid library and image database systems
  • maintain subscriptions for corporate memberships
  • ad-hoc support to wider media team, including preparing brochures and presentations and administrative tasks
  • ad-hoc support and assisting with marketing events as required

We are happy to offer training for a person with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude who is:

  • proactive
  • has great attention to detail
  • is capable and confident working under pressure
  • has good technical skill level in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
  • has excellent written English
