Business Partnerships and Sales Manager, The Roundhouse Trust

About you:
The Roundhouse is seeking a Business Partnerships and Sales Manager (Internally known as Corporate Partnerships Manager) who is passionate about creating dynamic partnerships that bring impact and value to Roundhouse and the young people we serve.

We welcome applications from people who feel they can bring their own experiences and ideas to the table and empower those around them to do the same. We encourage those currently underrepresented across the cultural sector and all intersections of our diverse society to apply.

The Role:
We are approaching the most exciting time in the Roundhouse’s history; In June 2021, works began on site for a new Creative Centre for 18-30 year olds. This new, dedicated young people’s space will complete our site, and allow us to significantly extend our work and introduce new “into work” programmes. These programmes are in pilot stage and involve corporate partners through mentoring and sharing key business skills directly with young people. By 2026/27, we will have doubled our reach, extended our programmes and be a leading example of best practice for upskilling the future generation.
The opening of our new building will mean lots of exciting opportunities for existing Corporate Partnerships and prospects, so this position will require a careful planner, creative-thinker and relationship builder with experience in delivering outstanding account management with our established partners, with a willingness to get stuck into new business. We are looking for a confident, diplomatic and a clear communicator who always thinks ahead to mitigate challenges.

The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check, or be willing to undertake one, due to the nature of the role.
