Co-Project Director x 2 (2 positions available)
Pan’s Artistic Director
Training/Handover period from November 2022 - December 2022 with full role responsibility starting from January 2023 - July 2023. The position will then pause for summer and contracts will be renewable from September annually.
Scope of Work
Handover period (Nov - Dec): (attending sessions on Monday evenings x 6 and a follow up weekly handover sessions x 6) £1248
From January 2023 - July 2023: (delivering a minimum of 23 sessions with additional preparation, planning and evaluation work) £4225
Place of work: The principal place of work shall be in Croydon with office work from Pan Intercultural Arts Office, or other locations including working from home.

About Pan Intercultural Arts
Pan is an intercultural arts organisation dedicated to the exploration of cultural diversity through the arts and how such work can inspire and implement social change.
Working with unaccompanied minor asylum seekers, often newly arrived in the country and disoriented by their new surroundings; Future invites participants to create stories, scenes, lyrics and videos to give space and life to their ideas and imaginations so that their confidence grows and they can find their place in the community and their pathways for the future. These weekly sessions take place at Croydon on Monday evenings from 5pm - 8pm.
About the Role
The co-Project Directors are the artists responsible for creating a successful programme of weekly sessions to inspire the participants to find new confidence and ways of expressing their ideas, working together alongside other members of the team to deliver enjoyable and creative experiences to everyone involved.
