The Royal Ballet School is looking for a experienced and proactive Collections Archivist-Cataloguer to join The Royal Ballet School Special Collections, based in beautiful White Lodge, Richmond Park.

The Collections Archivist-Cataloguer will be a fully qualified archivist and cataloguer with excellent communication and computer skills. Hands-on practical knowledge of dealing with raw archival material is essential to fulfil this position in our multi-departmental organisation which is world renowned for its rich history and training excellence. The responsibility of this role is to appropriately handle and store a mixed collection of historic materials and contemporary records, following advice from the School’s Compliance Officer and cataloguing them on our Special Collections Adlib database.

Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum FTE, dependent on skills, knowledge and experience

Hours: 12 hours per week, working days can be flexible

Duration: Fixed term, 18 months

Locations: White Lodge, Richmond Park
