Description

Despite the ongoing challenges of the pandemic, it is a deeply exciting and rewarding time to join NCO. This new role is an opportunity for the right person to create a communications strategy from scratch based on our five core values: excellence, inclusion, creativity, child voice and wellbeing. Put simply, we are ready to tell more people what we do and what we want to do. We need to ensure the right people find us, join us, celebrate and support us. Now we need someone to help us.

You will be responsible for understanding and interpreting the environment in which we operate, and our organisational vision, in order to identify, inspire, inform and engage our current and future stakeholders. You will devise creative and dynamic campaigns and content to build high levels of awareness about NCO and our work, deepening engagement with our staff and members and raising awareness of wider organisation initiatives and projects with current and new audiences.

If you’re looking for the next step in your career and are interested in working in a collaborative and exciting environment, please get in touch and apply. Joining us now as our Communications Director will ensure you play a deeply rewarding and key role in supporting the realisation of our vision, our strategic objectives and our bright future.
