Community Events Producer (EJR011207), Ealing Council


This is a part time 21 hours per week role working three days per week

Ealing Council's arts and culture service is seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic producer to develop a year-round programme of festival-inspired activity and support the building of producing and curating skills in local communities

Ealing Council is creating a number of new roles as part of a restructure of our festivals & events model. This is therefore an exciting time to be part of the visioning and delivery of a relevant, diverse and ambitious new programme.

You will:

  • Be responsible for end-to end planning, design and delivery of a relevant and safe year-round events programme for the borough, including cultural animation and activation of the public realm and underused spaces
  • Develop and manage a framework of support for local community festivals and organisations
  • Develop and implement a fundraising plan and pipeline together with the Cultural Development Manager
  • Develop and implement frameworks for evaluation.

This role is deemed customer facing and as such you must have a command of spoken English which is sufficient to enable you to effectively perform the role. This requirement relates to Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016.
