We're looking to engage with experienced workshop leaders and event organisers to increase our provision for the young people in Wellingborough. Ideally, we're looking to find someone with experience bringing arts activities to deprived and diverse communities. These will be for young people between 8-18. We want to see entry-level activities. However, the workshops do not have to be a specific art form. They must be termly and have something to be presented/peformed twice a year. The role will be project based with scope to increase time with the success of funding applications Full enhanced DBS (essential) Experience running workshops for 2-3 years (essential) Ability to co-create activities with young people (essential) Ability to drive (desirable) Safeguarding & Health and Safety Training (desirable) Plan and deliver 10 workshops per academic term We are looking for 20 hours per term of delivery, for which the fee will be £800. For additional activities, such as training renumeration will be £10/hr.
