With a mission to empower communities through arts and make sure everyone has the opportunity to access and shape arts and culture in Bristol, Trinity Centre is a space where people can come together, create, connect, learn, share and celebrate. Following an internal staffing and organisational review and restructure, Trinity is seeking to capitalise on its existing thriving programme of arts, culture, and community focused programmes as well as its commercial activities and ambitions. In order to do this Trinity has identified 5 'core competency' skills that it wants all staff (including middle-management and support and function roles) to be able to demonstrate across all areas of their work. Muti has designed a provisional curriculum to address this need that draws on Level 5 and Level 3 occupational standards from the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education. The contract and fee will cover design and delivery time including all meetings and development time. This post is currently pending contract award (expected mid-September).
