Job Summary

As Creative Programme Producer you will coordinate national visitor programmes and events across our 10 UK wetland sites. You’ll support site teams to deliver engaging and high-quality visitor programmes which drive visitation to sites and grow understanding of wetlands and support for WWT.

Job Description

As our Creative Programme Producer:

  • You'll manage the delivery of national programmes, including multi-site events and partnerships. This will include managing relationships with external partners and freelancers, developing creative briefs and guidance, supporting on-site delivery and carrying out evaluation.
  • You'll help develop overarching programming themes and plans for future years, working closely with colleagues to align programmes with WWT's priorities and making sure they are relevant to sites.
  • You'll have a creative approach, coming up with new and imaginative ways to engage our visitors in the wonderful world of wetlands.
  • You'll be a confident and creative communicator, working with colleagues across different directorates and sites, and building relationships with external deliverers and partners.

This is an exciting time to join us as we develop our approach to visitor experiences at our wetland sites. We'll make sure that you get all the support you need to be the best you can be, working as part of a team doing amazing things for people and nature.

This is a fixed term role for 12 months. This role may be based at either our WWT Slimbridge or London site, with the option for hybrid working. The hours are 37.5 per week, however 30 hours a week across 4 or 5 days will also be considered. You will be occasionally required to travel to our other wetland sites around the UK.

About Us

We're WWT, and we're on a mission to restore the super-powered ecosystems we call wetlands. There's never been a more important moment for our work, and we've got some phenomenal people on the case.
