About the role
This job will work across two teams supporting new product areas that Trinity has been developing recently.
Part of the role will sit in the UK customer support team supporting customers to engage with our digital grades and diplomas offered in our music and drama exam areas. You will be dealing with questions predominantly via email using the HubSpot CRM, but may involve some telephone interaction.
The other part of the role will be to support centres, who are delivering our new and expanding range of EQA (External Quality Assurance) qualifications, to order certificates for their candidates. The post holder will take responsibility for processing certificate orders and completing a variety of administrative tasks to facilitate the operational delivery of the certification process.
