Aim Sky High is a childcare setting & performing arts school for children and young people aged 3-17 years old. The purpose of school is to provide a fun and energetic environment children and young people can thrive in. We offer the chance to participate in opportunities of a lifetime. We work had to ensure that these opportunities are open to a wide range of diverse children from all socio-economic backgrounds and try our best to limit the barriers to access in several ways. Due to the nature of opportunities our school gets, we can offer choreographic opportunities for teachers. 

  

Job responsibilities include:

• To ensure safeguarding of the children within the setting

• To devise, implement and deliver relevant and appropriate lessons for the children and young people

• To monitor the overall progress of the students attending

• To facilitate and encourage a positive and enjoyable learning environment that provides the students to each reach their individual potential

• To teach routines that challenge the children and young people and are received well at shows

• To act as a role model for the children and young people as well as an artistic mentor helping them to understand the potential career progression routes

• To develop the children and young people as artists

• To create a fun & energetic environments the children and young people can thrive in
