Development Director (Maternity Cover), London Philharmonic Orchestra

The London Philharmonic is looking for an experienced Development Director, to cover maternity leave during 2025. Managing an active team of six, including specialists in individual giving, trusts, corporate and events, the role will run a busy schedule cultivation and stewardship opportunities and events, with the expectation of raising c.£2m annually. We are open to a part-time candidate (3-4 days) or full time position for someone with the right experience

The successful candidate will find themselves in a very supportive environment with engaged boards and senior management team, alongside an established support base and some exciting projects in the pipeline.
