The Development Manager (Trusts & Foundations) post is a key member of the Development Team, responsible for maintaining and growing philanthropic support to enable the Fruitmarket to realise its long-term artistic and organisational ambitions.
We are looking for someone with the skills and abilities to fundraise successfully from sponsors and individuals. They should have highly developed people skills, with the ability to manage and grow relationships and to write and present compelling appeals for support. They should be able to collaborate with the team across the organisation’s work to devise and deliver a philanthropy strategy that delivers on shared goals. They should have demonstrated ability to generate and maintain good relationships for an organisation and inspire others to follow their cause.
