Development & Marketing Officer Part-time – 0.6 FTE (24 hours a week) Working closely with, and reporting into, the Head of Development & Communications, the part-time Development & Marketing Officer will play a supporting role in delivering the key objectives of the School.

Development & Marketing Officer Part-time - 0.6 FTE (24 hours a week)

Working closely with, and reporting into, the Head of Development & Communications, the part-time Development & Marketing Officer will play a supporting role in delivering the key objectives of the School and more specifically the Development & MarComms teams, which are currently:

Positioning and promoting the School as one of the foremost and innovative dance schools in the world;

Attracting and retaining the very best in global student talent by demonstrating the benefits and

high-quality aspects of our training;

Communicating the full range of Rambert School activities to new and existing audiences;

Ensuring cohesive messaging across Rambert School, Rambert Grades and Rambert;

Increasing outputs in film and on social media;

Developing voice as an independent HEP;

Growing contacts with alumni networks and documenting alumni activity on an ongoing basis;

Broadening base of donors and increasing fundraising targets.
