Digital Production Assistant, Counterpoints Arts

Are you based in London/the surrounding areas, aged 16-24 and on Universal Credit? As part of the government's Kickstart Scheme, Counterpoints Arts is looking to hire two Digital Production Assistants.


Digital Production Assistant (PopChange/Clapham Park Creative Co-op): supporting our Pop Culture and Social Justice Initiative (PopChange) and Clapham Park Creative Co-operative.

Digital Production Assistant (Counterpoints Arts): supporting Counterpoints Arts and Refugee Week 2021

Essential experience:

  • Experience of producing high quality video, audio, photographic and graphic content for and social media;
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Excel, and digital engagement platforms such as Zoom and Slack;
  • A good understanding of how to tailor content to target and reach different audiences;
  • Excellent organisational, planning and producing skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of an online team while working independently from home;
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and manage your own workload, adapting to needs and shifting priorities as they arise;
  • A commitment to aims and overall mission of Counterpoints Arts.

Desirable experience:

  • Existing networks and relationships built across the creative and culture industries. 
  • PopChange/Clapham Park Creative Co-op position: Keen interest or knowledge of video gaming and/or public art.
  • Knowledge of website design and tools incl. experience with HTML, WordPress, Mailchimp.
  • Experience working around issues of social justice, migration and/or diversity.
