We are now looking for an Evaluation & Impact Manager who will work alongside our Data Research Manager to lead Artswork’s approach to data so that it informs every area of our work, shaping our future plans as well as enabling us to demonstrate the impact of our programmes.

We are now looking for an Evaluation & Impact Manager who will work alongside our Data Research Manager to lead Artswork's approach to data so that it informs every area of our work, shaping our future plans as well as enabling us to demonstrate the impact of our programmes.

Working with the Data Research Manager, you will not only provide expertise in data generation across the organisation but also insightful analysis of the data to ensure strategic decision making always considers data. You will design and introduce robust evaluation methodologies across all areas of work, enabling the impact of our work to be measured and fully demonstrated. The role will work with the Head of Business Development to support the provision of evaluations strategy and methodologies for tenders and bids.

This role is home based. It will also require occasional travel for team meetings and events in the South East. Hours: 2 days per week (14 hours) Job share and flexible working applications are welcome

Job Requirements

Knowledge of data collection and evaluation tools

Knowledge of a range of IT applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and database software

Knowledge of Big Data and its uses within SMEs

Knowledge of SROI and its implementation

Knowledge of Data Protection regulations

Awareness of Inclusion, Diversity and Equalities

Data Protection and Diversity, Equal Opportunities / Inclusive practice training within the last 2 years

Experience of developing evaluation frameworks

Experience of effectively developing data strategies / a data-led approach

Experience of data collection and reporting

Experience of using analytics

Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to develop evaluation frameworks based on KPIs and other factors at an organisational level

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce reports and develop insights from data

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work well under pressure
