Festival Ambassador, Art Reach

We are recruiting people who are passionate about the arts to support one of Leicester's longest running arts festivals.

Journeys Festival International is a 2-day festival bringing together artists and communities to explore big ideas and create experiences that will excite and entertain. It is a showcase to share artistic talent, community cultural exchanges and incredible live events.

Our festival ambassadors are crucial for the smooth running of event logistics, visitor services, and practical operations.

With prior experience in supporting the delivery of arts festivals or projects, you will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to approach audiences to share what's on at the festival and get their feedback. You will also help artists present their work, offering exceptional support to our event managers.

As a festival ambassador you will be stationed at one of the festival sites supporting the presentation of a static installation in one of our venues or live street theatre performances, working alongside the Art Reach team, production crew, volunteers, security, and roaming event and zone managers.
