£15 per hour We are seeking a motivated and flexible Fundraiser to join our small and passionate team. Working as part of a small dedicated team within WRM, the position is mainly home based, but an amount of flexibility will be required as and when meetings arise in our Trowbridge hub, or out in the community. As the Fundraiser you will investigate and generate income and support to both ongoing projects, bursaries and core needs of the business, plus generate funding for schools work and village hall events through grant applications. You will ensure that WRM has taken every opportunity to engage with a diverse group of funders at all levels, and where possible create and build partnerships with other organisations. Managing and updating a database of donor contacts and their preferences is essential, as is working alongside the Creative Director exploring where financial support is available and how this could impact on both new and existing projects. The contract will be reviewed after 3 months, with the option to extend it for a further 9 months.
