Bristol Beacon, Freelance Music Practitioners, £25.25 per hour
Bristol Plays Music (BPM) is the award-winning music education hub for the city of Bristol and part of Bristol Beacon. We are looking for inspiring and experienced Freelance Music Practitioners from different musical disciplines to teach in a range of settings including in primary and secondary schools and at our busy music centres in Bristol.
We are looking for freelance instrumental tutors to teach the following instruments:
Double Bass / French Horn / Violin / Keyboard / Whole Class Ensemble Tuition (WCET)
We are also looking for freelance music practitioners with youth work and mentoring experience to teach Music Production / DJing / Vocals – Singing (and or Rapping) / Multi-Instrumental Bands within our popular music centre. Applicants for this area of work must have professional recording and performance experience and an excellent knowledge of modern, popular, and underground music genres.
We are an inclusive practice organisation and as such welcome applications from musicians experienced in working with children in challenging circumstances, including children in care and children with SEND.
