Qualifications in First Aid, Fire Marshal, Health and Safety, Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety An eye for detail and ability to complete tasks Main duties and responsibilities Selling items from the caf and bar at the cafe counter Making and preparing drinks in the caf . Serving cakes and food from counter. Supervision of volunteers when required to do so Work closely with the FOH Manager, Caf Supervisors and FoH Coordinator to understand cafe offer, gallery events, and theatre events so that they can be well presented to the public Ensure financial systems are kept in order whilst on duty, including cash handling, cashing up, producing reports where applicable. Liaise with the Marketing Manager and FOH Managers to ensure box office and ticket prices are correct and displays are current. Provide excellent customer service to the public Ensure high standard of cleanliness throughout the Front of House areas Ensuring compliance with licensing and health and safety law and regulation.
