Seven days a week, between 10am - 11pm, the Front of House Assistants create an enjoyable and relaxed environment in which visitors can explore the building and engage with the work of the RSC. The team take a positive and proactive lead role in providing a genuine welcome to the public, promoting the RSC, assisting audiences during performances and hosting all our daytime activities. In doing so, the team must ensure the best possible experience for our visitors from all social, economic and ethnic backgrounds and of all ages. The team consistently works collaboratively in ensuring the safe and smooth running of all public events, responding promptly and appropriately in a variety of unplanned situations. Successful individuals will demonstrate that they: With a range of shifts available, these roles may well suit someone studying, as a second job, or with other personal commitments. With four performances on Saturdays, successful applicants will need to be able to provide regular weekend availability. In October we will be holding two assessment centres in order to recruit new Front of House Assistants to welcome audiences and visitors back to the building now both the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and Swan Theatre are again open.
