We're recruiting a new team to support this ambitious approach and work in partnership to support the delivery of a culture-led vision in Southampton. Working on both strategy and implementation of effective fundraising plans, you'll be responsible for growing voluntary income for Southampton Culture Trust. Using your knowledge of different fundraising approaches, you'll create an ambitious and achievable Fundraising Strategy and plan, develop an excellent approach to stewardship, and capture compelling stories through your persuasive writing. Initiating, managing and analysing a CRM database, you will use your knowledge and expertise to widen engagement, research and identify donor pipelines, and help make a lasting impression on culture in Southampton. You'll love being part of a new team working in a fast-paced environment for a charity that has already established an excellent track-record of fundraising. To be responsible for devising a Fundraising Strategy in collaboration with the Commercial and Marketing Director, and delivering return on investment, monitoring of financial KPIs and growing our income from a wide variety of sources. To be responsible for researching, creating, applying for and managing fundraising across all areas including sponsorship, donor pipelines cultivating potential relationships through individual giving, Trusts and Foundations and working closely with the Commercial and Marketing Director on wider commercial opportunities. To maximise opportunities to implement new fundraising approaches and further grow donations whilst supporting the Commercial and Marketing Director on identifying potential commercial income and corporate giving. To inspire an organisational culture of fundraising and be responsible for day-to-day management and analysis of CRM system, producing compelling performance and evaluation reports for funders and donors.
