We are looking for a Guardians (Patrons) Executive to join us on a full time, permanent basis. You will be joining a growing Development Department which prides itself on a culture of collaboration and where all of our members have the ability to act as an ambassador for the wider charity.

We are looking for a Guardians (Patrons) Executive to join us on a full time, permanent basis.

This is an incredible opportunity for a fundraising professional with experience of patrons and regular-giving schemes.

As our Guardians (Patrons) Executive, you will be responsible for developing and reinvigorating our Guardians scheme as well as cultivating and stewarding a growing pool of patrons.

We are looking for someone who has:

- Experience of face to face fundraising.
- Successful supporter acquisition, retention, and pipeline development.
- Understanding of the principles of marketing (preferably fundraising marketing) and supporter relationship development.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills that allow you to liaise with colleagues, prospects and donors.
- Effective organisational and time management skills, the ability to adapt and prioritise work to meet deadlines.

First round interviews will be held on Wednesday 16th October with second round interviews following on Thursday 24th October.
