Job Description
You'll work most closely with the Head of People, helping her to keep all of our HR administration in good shape and making sure that current and prospective staff are informed of and supported through HR matters across the employee lifecycle. You will also work closely with the COO and wider operations team to support the overall smooth running of Purposeful Ventures, from making sure we have a pleasant and productive physical office space to helping to maintain our digital files and CRM, to minuting meetings and supporting with finance administration.Job Requirements
