Individual Giving Development Manager, Full-Time, 37 Hours, Salary £31,500 per annum
Fixed-Term Maternity Cover for 1 Year

The Development Team are responsible for the fundraising strategy and activity for Bristol Beacon, and we are currently in the final stages of our major capital transformation to create a world-class concert hall for the region and looking towards reopening in autumn 2023. Bristol Beacon has been part of Bristol's cultural heritage for 150 years. Our vision is to unite people through the joy of live music, and we achieve this through a diverse programme of inspirational musical experiences. This roles will support the Development Director with individual giving and trusts and foundations, as well as supporting the delivery of the capital fundraising strategy and activity.

We have an ambitious fundraising programme and are looking for a confident networker who will have the ability to build strong relationships with patrons and major donors and the ability to raise the profile of Bristol Beacon through your knowledge and appreciation of music and the arts. You will also be able to write compelling proposals, lead on cultivation events, and plan and launch the delivery of public campaigns working closely with other teams across Bristol Beacon.
