Job Description

We're seeking a Studio and Production Manager to lead our jewellery production and studio operations. This role involves managing both bespoke and ready-to-dispatch orders, ensuring efficient processing and delivery. You'll oversee supply chain coordination, ordering materials, and maintaining stock levels. Quality control is crucial, and you'll collaborate with jewellers and suppliers to ensure timely production and correct material supply. You'll also manage bespoke orders, ensuring a seamless customer experience, oversee dispatch logistics, and assist in website updates. Additionally, you'll work with our media library and support pricing strategy updates with the founder.

Job Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years in production management within jewellery or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in managing complex production schedules and workflow is essential. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities are crucial, alongside excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external partners. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work is required. Proficiency in Excel for advanced data handling, Photoshop for design adjustments, and Canva for creative content creation is essential. Experience with Shopify for e-commerce management and CRM tools for customer relationship enhancement is highly beneficial. The ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, is key.
