Join the Landmark Arts Centre as Marketing Officer, promoting our events, exhibitions, and concerts. You'll create marketing materials, manage social media, and use CRM to grow our audience.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone, potentially early in their career, to gain broad experience in arts and cultural marketing. You will be responsible for creating and managing a wide variety of promotional content, using both digital and print media to engage with new and existing audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Design high-quality marketing materials including social media posts, brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
- Craft clear, engaging copy for e-newsletters, pre- and post-show emails, and promotional materials using our ticketing CRM and email marketing platforms.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Create content in line with campaign briefs and respond to audience interactions, using analytics to enhance audience engagement.
- Actively seek out opportunities to capture video and photographic content for social media use.
- Campaign Execution:
- Assist in designing and executing marketing and PR campaigns for events, exhibitions, fairs, and festivals.
- Support various departments by helping to develop strategies for marketing and communication plans.
- CRM & Audience Development:
- Use our ticketing CRM to develop and grow our customer database.
- Engage with audiences through targeted e-communications and other customer relationship techniques.
- Event Support:
- Promote events via social media, website updates, and printed materials.
- Assist in gathering feedback from events and exhibitors to improve future marketing efforts.
- Design & Branding:
- Uphold the Landmark Arts Centre's brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Coordinate the production of seasonal programmes, brochures, and other printed materials.
- Design additional promotional items such as banners, posters, and other materials.
