Playbill UK is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to oversee the daily operations, sales, and promotion of Merchandise at the Piccadilly Theatre for the London production of Moulin Rouge.
Interviews are ongoing and with an expected start date of late October/early November.

In this exciting role the successful applicant will be responsible for:
·Overseeing the daily sales operations of merchandise in a West End theatre
·Managing inventory and completing regular stocktakes to minimise stock loss
·Leading and motivating a team of staff to reach sales goals and KPI’s.
·Liaising with external parties, including producers, venue management and partners
·Communicating with head office teams, based in the UK, US, and Australia.
The ideal candidate will:
·Have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a relevant supervisor or managerial position
·Be an energetic and confident leader
·Have experience in cash handling and using POS software
·Be proficient with Microsoft Office and have excellent administration skills.
·Be well organized and preferably have previous theatre/touring experience.
·Have a history of positively engagement with customers, theatre staff and production crew.
·Possess strong communication skills as this is essential to the role
The successful candidate will work a minimum 38 hours per week and be present at the theatre for a minimum 6 performances across a set performance schedule. Evening and weekend availability is required. Also included in set hours will be time receiving deliveries and completing relevant admin work.
