Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum, pro rata (dependant on experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE
Would you like to play a key role in the administration and delivery of the biggest theatre awards event in the UK? We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work with the Society of London Theatre’s Awards team and the sponsor, Mastercard, to deliver the Olivier Awards 2023. This role will be predominantly based in central London with the majority of hours being desk-based work at a computer in an office. There may be an opportunity for flexible/remote working (from home or other locations) for some of the time and will be negotiated. Usual hours will be 10:00 until 18:00 weekdays. Some evening and weekend work may be required as necessary as the event approaches. You will be required to work on Saturday 01 and Sunday 02 April 2023, the weekend of the Olivier Awards.
Along with an acute attention to detail, you’ll bring with you a wealth of demonstrable experience of ticketing, producing professional theatre or running events. An excellent communicator, with the ability to deal with people at all levels. You can work under pressure and maintain good humour and diplomacy. Be able to work as part of a team and support others. A confident user of all Microsoft programme (especially excel).
