Kenny Wax Family Entertainment is renowned for bringing some of the best of children’s theatre to the West End and on tour in the UK and internationally. Produced and general managed shows include: What the Ladybird Heard, We’re Going on a Bear Hunt, Around the World in 80 Days, The Gruffalo,The Gruffalo’s Child, Room on the Broom, Oi Frog & Friends! (Olivier Award nominated), Mr Popper’s Penguins, the stage adaptations of Jacqueline Wilson’s Hetty Feather (Olivier Award nominated) and Jill Murphy’s The Worst Witch (Olivier Award winner for ‘Best Family Show’). This autumn will see the world premiere of Fantastically Great Women Who Changed the World, a co-production with Mayflower MAST Studio.

Production Coordinator

We're looking for a Production Coordinator to join our busy theatre production office in the West End on a 1 year fixed term contract. As an integral part of our general management team, you will work across several shows providing essential support to our productions on tour and in the West End as well as developing new projects.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience within the theatre industry with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the aptitude to work meticulously to multiple deadlines. The ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously and plan these effectively will be essential to the role. Computer literacy and strong administration skills are also essential as well as an exacting attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills. The candidate will need to be highly motivated with a proactive and adaptable approach, and be comfortable working in a friendly, but busy environment.
