Production & Operations Coordinator, The White Wall Company


Job Summary

We are looking for a Production and Operations Coordinator to join our friendly and creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved with unique art fabrication projects, from the design stages through to fabrication and installations on site.

Job Description

Your role will be to support Project Leads across all company projects. You'll work with project managers and production managers to ensure that project requirements are met, and enable good operational workflow.

You need to be highly organised and proactive, and able to work collaboratively with a team. You will be responsive to developments throughout all phases of a project, from design to delivery. This is an exciting working environment, where no two jobs are the same!

Job Requirements


  • Strong and clear communication skills
  • At least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively and constructively with colleagues at all levels of seniority
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise effectively
  • Ability to respond efficiently to time-sensitive situations

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


  • Administrate and centralise project and workshop ordering, and assist with monitoring project budgets
  • Manage and book all transports for sites and suppliers / subcontractors
  • Ad hoc project requests, research, and tasks
  • Issue site documentation such as RAMS, PQQs, and permit applications
  • Issue project documentation and support with communications between design and production teams


  • Manage the Enquiries inbox
  • Maintain documentation record keeping to ensure that the Company is compliant with Quality, Industry, and H&S standards
  • Manage workshop documentation including equipment inventories and checks, store checks


  • Issue collection / delivery notes, labels, and update Storage Database


  • Update Company website and Instagram
  • Organise Company events
  • Issue internal newsletters
