New Project Manager (Junior and Senior Summer Courses)

The National Youth Theatre is a pioneering and award-winning youth arts charity that nurtures and offers industry-led creative opportunities to young people aged 14-25. We’re looking for a highly organised Project Manager who shares our values of inclusion and equality to lead on the preparation, management and delivery of our Junior and Senior summer courses. This year NYT are delighted to be working in partnership with The Royal and Derngate, Northampton who are hosting the courses in their theatre and in the surrounding community arts spaces. This is a key role in the successful delivery of the summer course where we introduce young people to our creative community and culture, which celebrates difference and champions young people. The role will support NYT’s full-time team and Associate Artists as we welcome new NYT Members to the company. This is a fixed-term role and applicants should have experience in managing large-scale projects for young people and pastoral experience.
