We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Manager in a newly created role to join our small busy HR Team.
At present, HR play a very pro-active role in the recruitment and selection process and have a key part in the decision-making process. This role will manage the full recruitment life-cycle for all roles across Serpentine. You’ll be responsible for finding the best talent, fostering relationships with hiring leaders, ensuring a smooth recruiting and onboarding process and establishing an outstanding candidate experience.
We want someone who can apply their experience to build and proactively develop relationships with external talent, manage the flow of candidates and successfully increase the diversity of our recruitment funnel through strategic sourcing, vacancy marketing, networking and brand building. In order to do this, you’ll need to be agile, resourceful, strategic and demonstrate your ability to pivot across ever-changing priorities. You’ll need to quickly build an in-depth knowledge of the range of vacancies, understanding of gallery operations and provide an outstanding service to stakeholders and candidates.
