To undertake sales and administration activities for award winning sculptor Paul Vanstone.

Job Description

To undertake sales and administration activities for the award winning sculptor Paul Vanstone. This will include exhibition planning, customer liaison, progressing active prospects and closing sales opportunities, interacting with exhibition organisers, maintaining sculpture and client databases.

Candidates will be self-employed. The role is part time with the number of hours averaging c. 20 hours/week. Flexible working is supported with one day per week spent at the sculptor's studio in West London.

Payment c£30k-.£40k pro rata

Key Responsibilities

Progressing sales prospects and closing orders

Responding to enquiries, sending images etc

Mail shots via Mailchimp

Updates to website

Liaison with exhibition organisers and managing PVS involvement

Maintaining an online database of past and new sculptures

Identifying new exhibition opportunities

Assistance with accounts and payments to suppliers etc

Job Requirements

Applicants need to be well organised, accurate and reliable. They need to be computer literate with experience in the use of Word/Excel/MailChimp etc. They need to be a good communicator with customers, suppliers and other contractors working with Paul Vanstone.

Flexible working is supported with one day per week attendance at the sculptor's studio

References will be required
