Do you have experience of overseeing timetabling, room allocation and the administration underpinning running successful courses of study in the education?

Do you have a high level of attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills?

The post of Scheduling Coordinator & Administrator is a responsible, enjoyable role with a high degree of autonomy. Working closely with our Operations Manager, Course Leaders and Head Tutors to ensure effective timetabling of classes, allocation of rooms and studios using our ProSolution software. Key to the role will be your interpersonal skills, ability to get to know our teaching staff and a love of the performing arts. The post has line management responsibility for an Attendance Officer and requires a good undergraduate degree/diploma in a relevant discipline or a thorough understanding of the underpinning administration of HE and FE programmes.

Italia Conti are about to embark on a period of transformational change, relocating to our brand new purpose-built campus in Woking from September 2022. As such, the role offers the opportunity to make your mark in setting up timetables of our courses. You will be ably supported by our established Operations Team as well as having the opportunity to put your own stamp on the role.
