Extraordinary opera, extraordinary people We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraising professional to work as part of Glyndebourne's Development team to increase revenue generated from individual fundraising towards our overall objective. Working in our successful and busy Development department as Senior Development Manager you will play a critical role in surpassing our annual target. You will serve as an individual fundraiser at Glyndebourne, contributing to a strategy for the development of major gifts (donations of £10,000+) and increase the number of regular donors through prospecting, cultivation and stewardship. You will have a strong understanding of effective fundraising techniques and donor stewardship best practice, excellent analytical skills and judgement combined with a highly professional and diplomatic approach. You will be a strong communicator and creative thinker with the ability to work calmly under pressure and synthesise complex information to inspire a variety of audiences.
