Job Description

Join us as a Social Content & Community Marketing Manager and use your creativity and storytelling ability to drive the growth of a human centric brand that's dedicated to bringing inspiration and joy to our community.

You will own social media, content creation and community management for our 2 leading festival/experience brands.

You will get to meet the audience your work reached in real life as the community you have fostered comes together each year at our annual events.

You will have access to a wealth of visual media, interesting people, rousing performances, expert leaders and beautiful locations to use for your content creation during these events.

Key Information

Salary: £42,000 - £47,000 per year depending on experience

Social: Monthly adventures/parties with your team

Health: £500 per year for your physical/mental health

Education: £1000 per year for your learning and development

Tools: Premium hardware and software for you to do your best work

Annual Leave: 30 days (including public holidays)

Location: Hybrid (Min 2 days per week in London Office)

Hours: 35hrs per week (Normally 10:00-18:00 but some flexibility possible)

Start Date: Aug 2024

Job Requirements

Content Strategy: Improve content quality and engagement across all channels to drive revenue.

Organic Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategy, ensure consistent high-quality content, and adjust based on performance. Support key communications.

Community Management: Nurture and moderate online communities. Advocate for the community and share insights with the team.

Content Creation: Create various content for social media and community platforms. Manage additional content from freelancers and agencies.

Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with influencers, sponsors, artists, and community champions to grow the community and brand presence.

Event Content Capture: Manage onsite content capture at events for marketing purposes.

Content Library: Organize, store, and retrieve content to ensure usability by the company.

Market Research: Monitor trends, events, and competitors to inform strategies.

Analysis: Analye the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities

Depth of Knowledge: 5+ years in content strategy, social media, and community marketing with proven success.

Storytelling: Skilled at crafting compelling stories in various formats.

Content Creation: Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud or similar software.

Social Media: Proven ability to develop and execute social media strategies for growth. Knowledge of trends and platforms.

Copywriting: Examples of engaging, prompt-driven, keyword-rich, and brand-aligned copywriting.

Community Moderation: Experienced in keeping online communities engaging and safe.

Project & Calendar Management: Skilled in managing stakeholders and keeping projects on track.

Consumer Psychology: Understanding of what drives engagement and behavior.

Quality Control: Ensuring high-quality, on-brand content with an excellent eye for detail.

Trends: Knowledgeable about social media trends and quick to engage.

Analytical Insights: Experienced in using analytics to inform strategy and improve results.
