Studio Wayne McGregor are looking for an individual who is proactive, highly organised and efficient, to support with the smooth running of our state-of-the-art dance Studio.
Duties include coordinating all aspects of the studio including space management, scheduling and managing hires enquiries. The Studio Coordinator role provides an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, is a great communicator and can make the role their own.

Job Title: Studio Coordinator
Responsible to: Hires and Studio Operations Manager Responsible for: Studio Team
Main Objectives:
- To assist the Hires and Studio Operations Manager with the smooth and effective day-to-day running of Studio Wayne McGregor, including assistance with rentals
- To assist the Hires and Studio Operations Manager with overall building management, including building maintenance
- To act as head of the Studio team and manage a team of Studio Assistants
- To assist the Director of Finance and Administration with operational tasks.
Hours:
40 hours per week Monday to Friday (normally 9:30-5:30 but this will shift depending on the hires schedule) with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Some evening and weekend work will be required. SWM operates a Time Off In Lieu system.

Building Management
- open and close the building in line with schedules and security procedures.
- Ensure studio spaces are tidy, organized, and well maintained to the highest standard
Studio Hires
- First point of call for all visitors to the Studio, modelling fantastic customer service.
- Support the H&SO Manager with the execution of hires
Studio Team Personnel
- Oversee management of the Studio Team.
- Oversee the Studio Team availability, manage the wages budget, all rotas, staffing and time sheets
Studio Operations
- Monitor cleaning on a day-to-day basis
- Assist with all statutory inspections
- Act as a Fire Warden
- Maintain 'Emergency First Aid at Work' qualification to act as designated First Aider
Administration
- With the F&A Director, deliver recruitment including creating materials, equal opportunities forms, advertising and setting up interviews.
- Assist the F&A Director with collating and analysing data for Arts Council England annual submission
