Requirements:
- Proven experience in picture framing, with a solid understanding of framing techniques and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day studio operations, including quality control, and customer service.
- Collaborate with artists, photographers, and clients to understand their framing needs and offer expert advice on suitable materials and designs.
- In collaboration with the Workshop manager, schedule and prioritize framing projects to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Ensure the studio remains organized, tidy, and equipped with the necessary tools and equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques, continuously improving framing techniques and expanding the studio's offerings.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Manage the studio's budget and financial records, working closely with the management team to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the studio's services and attract new customers.
