We are currently recruiting for two customer service professionals for two Ticket Sales Team Leader positions within the Barbican's Audience Experience Box Office team (one permanent, one fixed term for 12 months).

The Ticket Sales team embodies the Barbican’s Brand Values by always offering an informed, personal, and inviting service. As part of the Box Office management Team, the Ticket Sales Team Leader is to be an exemplary role model to other members of staff, to coach and guide them and to provide every customer with the confidence, trust and reassurance needed to be inspired by what The Barbican has to offer.

You will be a highly motivated team player who can demonstrate a genuine passion and belief in creating, providing and maintaining a first class customer experience for Barbican customers, whilst supporting our goal to maximise revenue and visitors to the Centre.

Supporting our Ticket Sales Managers, you will lead the day to day running of the Ticket Sales team and Box Office Operations, be a role model for best practice to staff and help to maintain an energetic, focused and engaged team.

You will ideally have experience of supervising a large-scale ticket sales operation with supervisory and budgetary experience, and a keen interest in the arts.
