About Sauna Social Club

Sauna Social Club in Peckham is London's first dedicated sauna and ambient listening space. We blend saunas and ice baths with ambient music, creating the perfect place to relax and recharge.

Our mission is to redefine social spaces, bringing people together through a blend of wellness, arts, and community. Drawing from Benji's background as an actor and personal trainer, and Nikki's experience as a community organiser and DJ, we've witnessed the transformative impact of community and the arts on well-being.

So we set out to create an alternative to traditional social spaces like pubs - one that prioritises wellness, creativity, and meaningful connection.
