Job Description

The purpose of our Visitor Services and Hospitality Manager is to create a diverse team of enthusiastic staff who are excited about ensuring everyone who attend our events (audiences and performers) have a truly fantastic visitor experience.

That means you will have leadership responsibility for ensuring staff and volunteers in front-of-house (FOH) operations, bar and catering services and merchandise sales engage with our visitors and deliver a truly over-the-top guest service.

This is a new position which brings together two highly experienced teams in FOH and catering operations whose close attention to our visitors' needs matches the excellence of the performance they have come to enjoy. - Click here for more details and a full job description.
