Working alongside the Operations Manager, Food & Beverage Manager and Head Gardener to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our visitors, you'll play a key role in managing the Volunteers across the site to bring the history of Eltham to life. The role is diverse and challenging, with events adding to the variety of the day to day opening of the site and the volunteer support required.

Eltham Palace and Gardens is a unique property in the heart of South East London. A mix of medieval and art deco architecture and landscape where you will have the opportunity to manage the volunteers and support the operation of the site and welcome visitors to this historic setting.

With volunteer teams for both the house and gardens, Eltham has a large number of volunteers and we are looking to increase for the new season and you'll be working alongside the other managers to deliver a consistent welcome and deliver as one team.
