The Head of Programme is a new senior role at ODAC created to continue the sustainable development of impact at the borders of arts creation and community action. It’s a key role that combines senior producing, budget management, fundraising, partnership development, safeguarding, impact measurement and evaluation.
We’re looking for a versatile senior producer committed to the power of the arts in society. This is a role for someone experienced with participatory and socially-engaged arts practices, building and managing cross-sectoral partnerships, with a fully-rounded experience of developing, fundraising, project managing and evaluating projects.
We’re looking for someone with significant management experience, calm and caring under pressure and confident with complexity. Someone equally comfortable talking to senior local authority figures, regeneration professionals, artists, local residents and members of the homeless community.
